ChargePass Smart Card Activation Instructions
Don't Have a ChargePass Account?
- Click Sign up
- Answer yes to "Do you already have a Smart Card?"
- Enter your Smart Card Serial Number. It's the numeric digits below the bar code.
- Click Continue.
- Create your account:
Fill in Account Holder Information, select Notifications you wish to receive, enter the Security Code, and click Sign Up.
You will receive an email at the address you specified.
Be sure to check your spam folder, in case your email provider filters auto-generated emails.
Click the link in the mail to complete the account registration process. - Congratulations. Your ChargePass card is now activated!
Already Have a ChargePass Account?
- Click Log-in
- Enter your Username and Password and click Login.
- Enter your ChargePass smart card Serial Number in the Activate Smart Card pop up, and click Update.
- Click the Close button in the Activate Smart Card pop-up.
Note: If you lose a card, you can activate the replacement by logging in and selecting Activate Smart Card under the My Account menu. Enter the new Serial Number where indicated, and click Update.
