Every ChargePoint® station from any manufacturer displays a ChargePoint Services phone number for driver support. The ChargePoint Services team is available 24x7 for driver questions. The driver support number is also printed on every ChargePoint card, and it appears on the ChargePoint driver web site, and in the text message and email alerts drivers elect to receive.
Drivers led to your unoccupied stations
Your stations are visible to everyone who uses the ChargePoint driver web site, the ChargePoint smart phone applications, or a variety of mobile and in-car navigation systems. Drivers see the occupancy status of your stations from these tools, and get turn-by-turn navigation to any station. Trip planning tools show drivers the charging stations along their route. The driver tools also show the price you've set for each station, and whether you've made the station reservable.
Drivers informed every step of the way
With the ChargePoint driver web site and mobile applications, drivers stay informed every step of the way, from planning a trip to charging their car to reviewing their consumption history. Drivers see charging stats while their car charges. They sign up for text message or email alerts to be notified when their car is completely charged, or to be alerted if there is ever a charging interruption. They can even sign up to receive a reminder at the end of their reservation time so they don't overextend their stay. Drivers get consolidated statements of the energy they've consumed and the greenhouse gas emissions they've prevented across all ChargePoint stations for any period of time.
